We're very sorry to hear you're not happy with the service especially after all we've done to make sure you would be happy with the printed product before passing anything on to our production team. We did get your email with a question about free delivery. We got it at 9:09 pm and our agent replied at 11:05 pm. There must be some misunderstanding because we never advertised free delivery, and the delivery cost was clearly shown on the checkout page before the purchase and in the confirmation email; delivery cost is also clearly stated on the invoice you got after the purchase.
As for the product, we're a print-on-demand company, so whatever design you create, we'll print it for you, but we went an extra mile to ensure you understood the lettering wouldn't be visible as it would blend in with the background. You insisted on having the initial design printed, and that's what we did. Even though we've done all we could to make sure you're happy with the purchase, our staff has contacted you directly via email to be sure we have this sorted for you now and we'll do our best to fix this for you as soon as possible.

Service rating : Excellent service, I was contacted with advice that the colours I had chosen might make the print difficult to read. This did not delay the very quick delivery of quality product.

Service rating : Prompt service and delivery. The only thing which would have been nice is if the green colour on the design had turned out brighter and stronger like it appeared in the image when I ordered.

We're afraid designs can sometimes look a bit different on the screen but we do our best to make sure they look as close to the actual print as possible. Product : Product looked nothing like the image on the website. This was bought as a present. As the purchase took longer than I expected there was no time to look for anything else and I no longer have the product to take a photo!
