Service rating : Choosing the mug design was easy because you simply follow the steps. The website made it straight forward and easy to use. Mug came by courier and was delivered when expected because I received up to date messages. Mug was exactly as I had ordered and arrived well packed.

Service rating : The products were ordered on the 9th December, and I heard nothing after the receipt of order. On the 20th I emailed to find out what the position was and the products appeared the next day. On the 22nd I received an email saying they had been shipped. It doesn't sound as though things were really under control. However the products were good when they did arrive.
