Shipping to the US is super-slow. Ordered on December 8, didn't get here until December 29!

Thanks for your feedback. It has been taken on board accordingly. Royal Mail/Canada Post delivery shouldn't take more than 12 business days, but weather conditions and customs clearance in Canada can sometimes affect our delivery lead-times. We're very sorry for the caused inconvenience.

Service rating : The service was good, I ordered a wrong size, emailed the customer service and they adjusted my order immediately.
Product : The ladies fitted t shirt size L didn't fit at all. My friend normally has size M, but this large was so small she hardly could get it on and the shoulders of the shirt were 5 cm to short. I have size S and the shoulders of the shirt were even too small for me.
So unfortunately my birthday present didn't fit anyone and was a bit of an anticlimax

Service rating : Clothing was not at all true to size. None of the shirts ordered fit. I ordered a magnet and got what can best be described as a coaster -no magnetic pull whatsoever. My entire order was a complete waste.

This has been sorted for you already, and we're very sorry the initial t-shirt wasn't what you expected, but these are fitted t-shirts and they run small, so that's why we do our best to provide size charts with measurements and suggest that you go with a regular fit t-shirt if you're looking for a more loose fit.
