Product : As good as customer service was, the product itself wasn't as nice as I had hoped. It was slightly short and not very stretchy (illustration looks much longer than actual tank). Arm holes were a little small. Would have preferred a poly blend racerback.
It IS comfortable and the print came out nice, however. It did the trick for our team competition and was affordable.

Service rating : Wow. Completely lame. super disappointed with this so-called "tote bag"! :( it's crazy tiny and super thin. Maybe to hold two flat library books... thought is was a BIG sturdy tote bag for the beach, NOT a tiny hand bag smaller than a fabric grocery bag!! :( does NOT even have a flat bottom but rather just two pieces of fabric slapped together.
Product : Tank top is ok but disappointed in the fact that it's not a "ladie's cut tank" just straight. Will not be ordering from the company again. ... maybe on a mug - but since the quality of products did not shine thru on the tank nor the tote, highly doubt it.
