Product : The shirt sizing was ridiculous and unwearable.....it might have fit a simian......very long sleeves and a very small body for the sizing. The material was also sub-par.

Service rating : I thought the buying and ordering processes were very easy, but I still haven't received the shirt. I ordered it on Jan 18 and it's now Feb 5. I wish it had a tracking number so I could figure out where it is. Not sure what's going on.
