Service rating : At first I was a little unhappy due to the fact that I had ordered 2 hoodies to 2 different locations. I thought I had allowed enough time for my granddaughter and daughter to have them in time for Christmas. Nope my granddaughter didn't get hers until after Christmas and my daughter's never came, so they sent me another one for my daughter and I guess because it was after the holidays it only took about 1 week to receive. The reason for the 5 stars was due to their customer service. Sasha was amazing and came through for me.

The printing job is of poor quality. Faded gray on Burgandy hoodie? It was supposed to be black print.

We're a print-on-demand company, so we just use the design you make in our design generator.
